Learn How to Say YES!
You +Energize+ Spirit = YES
One day the drudgery of my life was just too much. I knew I had a substantial amount of negative people around me. What I hadn’t realized was that negative energy had gotten into me.
I discovered I was moving through my days with similar self- talk. I was trying to avoid this and here I was a part of it.
My life was busy but stagnant.
My days were full yet without purpose.
I was in a major rut. It was time to shift.
A friend offered to help me with something and in a split second I said no. She pointed out that I was quick to turn down assistance. That was true.
No had become my point of view. That is to say resistance became my point of view.
I was saying no to many things in life. The perimeter of my life was becoming narrow. My creative energy was slipping away. I had not written in months. I hadn’t painted or designed a single artistic piece in an even greater amount of time. I was manifesting a negative life.
I had become a no robot.
Something had to change and quick.
I felt strongly that the only way to resolve this was to do the opposite. I needed to learn how to say yes.
I began with accepting assistance from my friend. I learned to accept a gift without saying, oh no you shouldn’t have. After the first few YES’s it became easier. I could see a shift beginning.
Soon offers came to write. I wrote. Offers came to paint. I painted.
Soon I realized this shift was re-directing my life. There was a new and much more positive pattern forming.
I could see that by saying YES to my life, life was saying yes to me.
New doors were opening. I was meeting new people. Opportunity was thriving.
Within months I was transformed from a NO Robot to a person whose life was transforming simply because I decided to align with what spirit had in mind for me to begin with.
I was now pointing towards positive.
I was energized with new creativity and an aliveness I had almost forgotten. I felt younger and far more happier flowing in this yes pattern.
I said yes to life and LIFE said YES to me!
I was injecting new zest into my life and soul by being agreeable to my life.
After a month or so of being conscious of my choices many wonderful things continued to occur. The synchronicity of life was vibrant and actively directing itself towards my highest purpose.
Yes! Yes! Yes! I said YES to life!
